About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Industrial Sales Manager. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the industrial recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the industrial recruitment sector.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to ensure individual and team success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the industrial recruitment or staffing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the industrial recruitment market, including the key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
