Job Summary
beBee Professionals in Leicester is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join its dynamic sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with key clients, while driving revenue growth and expansion for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates to management, analyzing data and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A competitive base salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding top performers.
