We are seeking an experienced Business Development Mentor to deliver high-quality apprenticeship programs in various subject areas, including Business Administration, Employability, Customer Service, Management, and Project Management.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home combined with occasional visits to employer sites and our training centers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring learners and supporting their personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and assess apprenticeship standards from Levels 2 to 6, ensuring delivery meets quality assurance requirements.
- Provide engaging learning experiences through online and in-person sessions, adapting content to apprentices' workplace roles.
- Build strong relationships with employers to align programs with workplace needs and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
- A competitive salary of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
