College Lecturer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Further Education Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching A Levels, GCSE Resits, BTECs, National Diplomas and NVQs to students aged 16-19.

Our college is committed to providing an exceptional education and has recently been awarded a 'GOOD' OFSTED rating. We offer state-of-the-art facilities and a proven track record in supporting students to progress to further education or employment.

This role involves planning, delivering and assessing high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of all students. It also requires developing and implementing innovative teaching methods that engage and motivate students.

To be successful, you will need a relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience of teaching in a Further Education environment is essential.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £34.28 per hour, which reflects the average salary for this role based on location and industry standards.
