Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day financial transactions, and supporting the finance team to ensure the business's accounts are up to date. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work from home, the office or hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Process and reconcile daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries for management review.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (Xero, or similar).
  • A relevant qualification in finance or bookkeeping (e.g., AAT or equivalent) is preferred.
