As a Conservation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting protected species surveys, preparing ecological reports, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

1. Hold a degree in ecology, biology, or a related field, with a strong understanding of ecological principles and practices.
2. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
3. Showcase your technical expertise by delivering high-quality ecological reports and presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
4. Be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this role is £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, offering a comprehensive package that includes ongoing training, professional development opportunities, and a competitive salary.
