Job Description: We are looking to appoint a new SEN Vocational Education Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering vocational education programs that cater to the needs of students with Autism Spectrum Conditions.

You will have a responsibility in supporting pupils in acquiring new skills and knowledge, and working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering vocational education programs.
  • Sourcing and managing resources and materials.
  • Supporting pupils in processing new information and adapting to changing situations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30am-15:30pm), Term Time Only, 190 contact days, 5 inset days.
