As a Stock Controller at Giorgio Armani, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory management process in store. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels, conducting regular stock audits, and analyzing data to optimize inventory turnover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming stock deliveries, verifying accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, domestic and international stock movements, and stock discrepancies.
  • Prepare bi-annual stock takes to reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform cycle counts to monitor and analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels, turnover, and replenishment processes.
  • Implement and enforce stock control procedures, stock rotation, and stock security measures.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve stock-related issues, such as shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to stock management.
