We are seeking an experienced Business Process and Analysis Manager to lead our engagement activities.

About the Job

This role will involve leading a team of Business Analysts and Process Analysts in capturing business requirements and documenting process flows.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing business process maps to show differences between current and future state.
  • Analyzing the impacts of changes in business processes and systems.
  • Providing recommendations on how to address these impacts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a software sales organization or subscription business.
  • Ability to negotiate approval of business requirements across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location: London | Cambridge

Employment type: Full-time regular

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - £110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
