Business Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analysis Specialist to join our team at Hireful. This is an exciting opportunity to work on full life cycle projects and drive improvements.
About the Role:
In this role, you will apply your analytical thinking, understanding of methodologies, and business analytical principles to work from project ideation to completion. You will help identify business needs, gather requirements, and develop innovative solutions to address challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements using various tools and techniques.
- Analyze data to provide practical solutions for complex business problems.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and create RFPs/RFIs as needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to apply strategic analysis methods such as Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis.
- Experience with agile methodologies and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
