We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Performance and Planning team at Abcam.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Tableau performance reporting suites for Commercial teams, partnering with commercial teams to implement a suite of relevant KPIs and measures, and using reporting and analysis to identify areas to drive change, course corrections, or further iterations in Commercial strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining Tableau performance reporting suites for Commercial teams
  • Partnering with commercial teams to implement a suite of relevant KPIs and measures which reflect overall performance
  • Using reporting and analysis to identify areas to drive change, course corrections, or further iterations in Commercial strategies
  • Preparing and presenting data/insights to senior stakeholders in a practical way to guide strategic decision making
  • Maintaining and improving our data sources to allow faster, more automated reporting, working with our Data Engineering team who are owners of our main data sources
  • Providing ad hoc analytics support to the function on data analysis, reporting, and performance

About the role

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

What you'll need

You have a number of years' experience within a commercial analyst or data analyst role, working with customer-facing teams, delivering data management, data analysis, insight, and reporting solutions.
