Business Development Representative

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound calling and engagement.
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive business growth.
- Analyze prospect businesses to address their changing automation needs.
- Utilize proven consultative sales methodologies to build strong relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Sphera solutions through ongoing training and education.
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed sales environment.
- Experience working with clients in a sales-oriented environment, with a strong track record of success.
- Dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability and ability to think on your feet.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ year of sales experience, with a successful track record in solution-based selling environments.
