Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound calling and engagement.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Analyze prospect businesses to address their changing automation needs.
  • Utilize proven consultative sales methodologies to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Sphera solutions through ongoing training and education.

Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed sales environment.
  • Experience working with clients in a sales-oriented environment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to think on your feet.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ year of sales experience, with a successful track record in solution-based selling environments.
