Sphera Solutions, a global leader in environmental health and safety technology, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound calling and engagement.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze prospect businesses to identify changing automation needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage follow-up cadence and nurture potential leads.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Sphera solutions and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of sales experience with a proven track record in solution-based selling.
  • Experience working with clients in a sales-oriented environment, with a focus on software and SaaS product sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and build rapport.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with experience in SalesForce.com a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
