About the Role

RAC is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Salford Quays. As an Inbound Sales & Service Executive, you will work with small to medium-sized business customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,585 with an OTE up to £32,000. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through up-to-date regulatory compliance and knowledge.
  • Effectively engage with businesses to build long-term relationships and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Utilise data and CRM/database to record accurate details about clients and prospect data.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales and customer service inbound/outbound.
  • Work well towards KPI's under pressure.
  • Outgoing and self-motivated.
  • Empathetic and able to build rapport with new and existing SME customers.
