Job Title: Consultative Business Development Specialist

H2O Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Consultative Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Consultative Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

**Job Description:**
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in a consultative selling role. They will be expected to identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions, conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals, collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a consultative selling role
  • Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme and loyalty bonus. You will also have the opportunity to work from home and have a flexible schedule. The job is full-time, permanent, and offers unlimited earnings potential.
