Pensions Administration Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pensions Administration Specialist. As a key member of our Defined Benefit (DB) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administration and monthly payroll funding of our DB policies.
Working closely with clients, Third-Party Administrators (TPA's), and the DB team, you will be responsible for facilitating client and customer requests, handling member queries, and resolving complaints related to DB policy administration. Your tasks will include:
- Collaborating with clients, TPA's, and the DB team to ensure timely and accurate DB payments.
- Producing quotation information for deferred members and pensioners within strict Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
- Acting as a point of contact for TPA's and Pension Scheme Administrators.
- Supporting TPA's, members, clients, and the wider DB Team with administration and payment queries, complaints, and service concerns.
- Providing support for TPA's and internal audits.
- Supporting the DB Operations team and wider DB Team with various tasks associated with client requirements, administration, reporting, Management Information (MI), payments, and data validation.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working with Pensions and a strong background in the financial services industry. You will be self-motivated, able to manage your own workload, and possess excellent planning and organizational skills. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent, so you must be available to start immediately.
