**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at a boutique Wealth Management firm near Reigate. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial planning advisers and paraplanners in delivering high-quality financial advice to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare for client meetings by gathering and organizing relevant information and documents
* Manage and process pre-sale and post-sale administration tasks to ensure cases are progressed efficiently
* Create and update client records, including adding new clients to our intelligent office database and maintaining accurate policy information
* Assist with the preparation of reports, including fund switches, reviews, and new business submissions
* Support the specialist paraplanner with investment strategy administration as required
* Provide general administrative support to the team when needed
**Requirements**
* Minimum of 12 months to 2 years' experience in a Financial Planning Advisers environment
* GCSE English and Math's (C or above)
* Strong understanding of the financial planning process and analytical skills
