This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a mathematical area, as this position will be based within a small DB Administration team that ensures the administration and monthly payroll funding runs smoothly throughout the Defined Benefit Policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with clients, TPA's (Third-party Administrators) and Defined Benefit (DB) team to ensure all DB payments are made on time and are accurate.
- Produce quotation information for deferred members and pensioners within strict SLA's.
- Act as a point of contact for TPA's and Pension Scheme Administrators.
- Support TPA's, members, clients and the wider DB Team with administration and payment queries, complaints, and service concerns.
- Provide support for TPA's and internal audits.
- Support the DB Operations team and wider DB Team with various tasks associated with client requirements, administration, reporting, MI, payments, and data validation.
- Engage in process and other improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with Pensions and enjoy working in the financial services industry. You will be self-motivated, possess the ability to manage your own workload and have excellent planning and organisational skills.
This is a temporary role that could become permanent, so you must be available immediately.
