About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic SEN Support Worker to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust, a renowned provider of inclusive education services in Brentwood. As an SEN Support Worker, you will play a critical role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, helping them to overcome barriers to their education and achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Prior experience in an SEN or support role is highly desirable, but not essential. We are committed to providing ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills in SEN support.
