Job Title: Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Education Support Assistant. This role will involve working closely with students who have diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, Complex Learning Disabilities, and those who hold a statement of educational need.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and have a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to help and support individuals with various challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and academic support to students with SEN
  • Assist students with their daily routines and activities
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure student success
