Teaching Assistant for Special Needs Students

Role Overview:
Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and caring Teaching Assistant to support students with special needs in an educational setting.
About the Position:
This role involves providing 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and assisting in the development of their Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Responsibilities:
- Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and achieving learning objectives
- Assisting in the implementation of IEPs
- Providing a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support student progress
Requirements:
- Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Relevant experience working with individuals with SEN
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Salary Details:
The estimated salary for this position is £83.85 - £85 per day.
Additional Information:
- Experience working in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred
- A Level 3 or higher Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
