Learning Support Assistant

Academics Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support a non-verbal child with autism in a welcoming school environment in Southend-on-Sea.
As an Experienced SEND LSA, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for the student.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and has experience working with students with autism.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
