We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rooms Division Trainer to join our team at Claridge's. As a Rooms Division Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Rooms Division team members.
  • Work closely with the Director of Rooms and Heads of Department to ensure that training requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and provide feedback to team members to ensure they meet or exceed Claridge's service standards.
  • Prepare personalized training programs for new employees to ensure they fit in with the needs of the business and their individual development requirements.
  • Provide initial computer training for employees on basic tasks in their specific positions, including SMS, Guest History, and reservation systems.
  • Continuously evaluate individual staff requirements to provide development opportunities and support.
  • Provide buddy support to team members to ensure they have a contact available for assistance and support.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.
  • Confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
  • Ability to deal with high-profile clients in a professional manner.
  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry.
