Patient Services Assistant

About the Job:
The Patient Services Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support at Getting In Limited. As the first point of contact, you will interact with patients, answer phone calls, and manage mail.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
Education and Training:
Throughout your tenure, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills through our Customer Service Apprenticeship programme at Milton Keynes College.
