Regional Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to join our team at Orion Electrotech Sales. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Scotland region and ensuring the efficient operation of our Service Centre in Livingston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Service Centre team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial operations and customer service management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
