Job Title: Assistant / Shift Manager - Newcastle Forest Hall

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant / Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza in Newcastle Forest Hall. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer service, and sales
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a fast-paced customer-lead QSR, restaurant or other area of the hospitality sector
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent people skills, including the ability to give clear instructions
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • High levels of problem-solving, initiative, and self-motivation
