Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Wingstop. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of management experience, preferably in a QSR or similar background. You will be customer and team-focused, with a passion for delivering a unique and memorable experience for our customers. You will also be a strong, commercially aware leader who can drive restaurant performance and inspire your team to meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of talented individuals to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Drive business growth through effective management of restaurant operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- Proactively manage and develop your team through coaching and training
