Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Crowne Plaza Newcastle - Stephenson Quarter. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the F&B team and overseeing events within the hotel. Your primary focus will be on maintaining exceptional service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a positive work environment that aligns with our company values.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the Restaurant team, including staff supervision and development.
- Oversee events within the hotel, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain consistent service standards, focusing on guest satisfaction and loyalty.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of previous restaurant and F&B management experience.
