Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management, probation, occupational health and wellbeing
- Drive cases to successful conclusion and within timelines
- Commercially apply external legal support
- Drive improvement and ensure quality customer service to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Part qualified – Level 5 CIPD (or equivalent) and have an excellent knowledge of UK employment law
- Ability to work under pressure whilst delivering quality results
- Ability to work as part of a team whilst independently managing cases
