HR Generalist and Advisor

BDO UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide commercially focused people solutions, taking into account the business strategy and growth planning, employment legislation, and HR best practice.
You will be responsible for employee relations, pragmatic application of employment legislation, local facilitation of salary review processes, actively promoting and implementing new initiatives, interpreting exit interview analysis, supporting the embedding of self-service in the business, collaborating with other HR colleagues, and involvement in HR projects and new initiatives.

As an HR Advisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with a range of stakeholders, including senior managers, directors, and partners.
You will be someone who is comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO's partners to help businesses effectively.
BenefitsBDO UK offers a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and holiday entitlement.
