Adult Support and Care Coordinator

The successful candidate will have a caring and patient nature, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. The salary for this role is £23,117 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position.
About the RoleAs an Adult Support and Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with additional needs, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. The service will cover daytimes, including leisure activities and in-house activities, such as drama and virtual sessions.
