**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced EHC Plan Writer to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As an EHC Plan Writer, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain accurate and complete records of EHC plans and SEND assessments
* Chair EHC/SEND plan meetings and ensure effective communication with parents, settings, and other colleagues
* Provide key worker support to parents and settings, explaining procedures and processes
* Maintain knowledge of the EHC framework and assessment pathway, as well as health and social care services that support children and young people with SEND

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in Local Authority services, with a strong understanding of SEN legislation and policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
