About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Specialist/Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with complex needs and trauma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop bespoke intervention plans to meet the needs of individuals.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver therapeutic services.
  • Develop and implement systemic and formulation-based approaches to meet the needs of individuals.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.

Requirements

  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and registration with the HCPC.
  • Sensory Integration training, preferably a minimum of level 3.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with adults and/or children with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners and resolve conflict effectively.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults.
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training.
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
