Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with mental health conditions and other complex barriers to secure and sustain competitive employment. This role follows the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, which has been proven to be effective in helping individuals with mental health conditions to find and maintain employment.

The Role:

As an IPS Employment Specialist, you will work closely with individuals to identify their strengths and goals, and develop a personalized employment plan to help them achieve their objectives. You will also provide ongoing support and guidance to help individuals overcome any challenges they may face in their employment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the IPS model and its application in supporting individuals with mental health conditions. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
