This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join Pioneer Selection Ltd on a permanent basis.
The role is suited to a candidate who is happy to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and have a strong understanding of electrical engineering and instrumentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out odour abatement system plant monitoring, recording, sampling and adjustments in line with operational parameters.
They will also be responsible for planned preventative maintenance of all operational odour abatement systems, electrical, instrumentation and control systems within the site.
Effective utilisation of the company business systems (Mainsaver, SCADA, Sharepoint) is also a key requirement of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification / apprenticeship in electrical engineering and instrumentation.
As a member of the Pioneer Selection Ltd team, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £44,500, enhanced overtime rates, pension contribution up to 5%, personalised training and development plan, plenty of opportunities to progress within the business, external training courses provided, cycle to work scheme, wellbeing support for mental health, free on site parking and childcare vouchers.
They will also be eligible for our referral scheme, which offers £250 for every candidate we place in permanent employment who has been recommended by them.
