Electrical Team Leader Opportunity



Murville Consultancy Limited is a leading organisation seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join their team. As an Electrical Team Leader, you will play a key role in improving the operational performance of the engineering team by providing safe and cost-effective supervision.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Improve operational performance by safe and cost-effective supervision
  • Actively seek and implement new maintenance and asset improvement methods
  • Ensure shift team response and adherence to equipment breakdowns and PPM schedules
  • Diagnose faults, test, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Adhere to relevant H&S, quality, environmental, and product safety procedures
  • Coach shift engineers and operators with asset care tasks
  • Examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements


Requirements:




  • Completed formal multi-skilled apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a proactive team
  • Capable of working with deadlines while ensuring high-quality results delivered
  • Flexibility may be required outside of usual working hours to support critical or urgent situations
