Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Secretary to join our client's team at their offices across Fife. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's legal professionals, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors and legal executives, taking pride in delivering exceptional results and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Prepare, type, and format legal documents and correspondence to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise meetings, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with colleagues and clients.
