Fixed term contract for 12 months

An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the administration team supporting the Nursing Directorate.

You will provide secretarial and administration support working alongside the Business Manager and Personal Assistants to ensure the smooth running of the Nursing Directorate office.

Duties will include collation and inputting of information on NHS systems, typing up and formatting of reports, electronic filing and maintenance of records and general administrative and clerical duties as required.

Excellent communication, IT and time management skills are essential for this post as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team.

Working with a small team of admin colleagues you will also be expected to be flexible and provide cover as required for colleagues.

Applications on a secondment basis will be considered providing you have prior agreement from your current line manager.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
