**Office Administrator**

Super Lean are a fast growing meal prep company, based in Leven, Fife. Your duties will include Processing Orders, Managing Stock Levels, and Dealing with customers. You will also have a social media schedule to follow in which you will post pre made posts.

There is high chance of progression if you excell in your role.

Experience with Excell is essential for this role

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Manage and maintain kitchen stock and equipment.
- Processing Orders.
- Posting on Social media channels at set times.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, faxing/scanning etc.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees at all levels from prep staff to directors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.. we can provide AI task setting calendars for you to work from.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook) is required.

**Salary**: £7.66-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
