**Receptionist**

Innes Johnston is a leading firm of Fife-based solicitors, delivering legal services to individuals and businesses across Fife and Scotland. We have a team of solicitors within the firm supported by several registered paralegals and other support staff who are all on hand to provide clients with the highest standard of service.

We are looking for a receptionist/administration assistant. This will be a public facing role and will involve primarily answering phones, arranging and managing appointments, dealing with general office enquiries and carrying out general administrative tasks. This position will ideally suit someone who has experience in a customer facing role.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
