- Create and maintain listings of available properties for sale or rent
- Arrange property showings and open houses for potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
