HR Officer

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our team at Energis Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations issues, resolving disagreements and investigating complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Participate in HR projects, including employee relations, compliance, and training and development.
  • Administer the starter/leaver process, including documentation, contracts, and induction processes.
  • Assist with the hiring process, coordinating logistics for new hire orientations.
  • Update employee holiday and sickness records.
Requirements:
  • CIPD/HR qualification or relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to work well as a member of a team and independently.
  • Factory experience is highly desirable.

A competitive salary in the range of £26-£29k, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing business.
