- Proven track record of individual high performance within a sales function, and in the management of a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent IT Skills (MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Experience of working within the apprenticeship training sector with the ability to overcome problems with fast and effective solutions.
