Head of Membership and Partnerships

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our membership and partnerships team. As Head of Membership and Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain new members, as well as building and maintaining relationships with existing members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team responsible for member engagement and recruitment
* Act as an ambassador for the company, representing us at internal and external events
* Build and maintain positive relationships with industry representatives
Requirements:
* Proven experience of developing and delivering strategic initiatives
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Commercial acumen and influencing skills
* Strong IT skills
* Analytical and report-writing skills
