We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Coordinator to manage site-based activity in the South of England. This newly created role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing contractors, conducting health & safety risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Role:
- Manage and coordinate site activities across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead a team of site-based staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior operations or management role.
