Forest School is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the coordination of operations within our Medical Centre. This role offers a unique opportunity to work as part of a specialized medical team, ensuring the wellbeing of our pupils.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical services to our students. As a key member of our Medical Centre team, you will be responsible for coordinating operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth running of our medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate medical centre operations, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Provide administrative support to the medical team, including data entry and communication with parents and staff
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and medical histories
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to medical services
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of medical services
