About the Role

As a Nursery SEN Teaching Assistant at Step Teachers, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our Early Years class. This is a long-term position that requires a dedicated and experienced professional who can make a real difference in the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will work closely with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver tailored support to students with SEN. This will involve developing and implementing individualized learning plans, providing one-on-one support, and assisting with lesson planning and delivery.

In addition to your teaching duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing assessments to track student progress. This will enable us to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions to support our students.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support students effectively. If you have a passion for working with children with SEN and a commitment to providing high-quality support, we would love to hear from you.
