Our client, the Wayman Learning Trust, is seeking a dedicated SEN Early Years Educator to provide tailored early years education for children with special educational needs (SEN). Based in Wandsworth, this service focuses on the holistic development of young children, ensuring that motor skills, language, social interaction, and emotional growth are nurtured in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing individualized learning experiences, ensuring every child receives the attention and care they need to thrive. To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Proven experience working with young children with SEN in an early years setting
  • Expertise in promoting holistic development, including motor skills, language, and social-emotional learning
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with parents and multidisciplinary teams
  • A clear DBS check
  • Legal right to work in the UK
