As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of customer inquiries predominantly via email and phone. This role requires someone with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and effective first-line support to customers via telephone, post, and email
- Aim to satisfy as many queries as possible at first point of contact, providing a prompt, courteous, and detailed response
- Ensure all queries are logged on our CRM system, escalated if necessary, and responded to within the required timeframes
- Manage customer expectations effectively and maintain the highest service levels at all times
- Produce letters using mail merge with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Update our computer records for new property owners' details
- Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office, including assisting with the company's 6-monthly invoice run
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized and friendly with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential; experience in Sage 200 is beneficial but not required
