About the Role

The Recruitment Co is seeking an experienced Asset Operations Manager to join our client in Glenrothes. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of operational services for assets, including maintenance, repairs, and managed shops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of staff members and service experts to provide outstanding customer service and ensure high-quality asset operating services.
  • Oversee the depot site's operations and manage the budget for asset operations within every department.
  • Develop and implement performance-focused asset operations, increasing productivity and implementing Value For Money (VFM) solutions.
  • Collaborate with managers from all areas of the company to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide maintenance and repair services around-the-clock, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of increasing productivity and implementing VFM solutions.
  • Experience managing groups with a customer-focused approach and demonstrated ability to guide and motivate excellent performance and standards of quality.
  • Strong practical understanding of the laws and rules pertaining to the housing industry.
  • Ability to create business plans and lead performance-focused asset operations.
  • Proven flexibility in responding to shifting business needs.
